Conditions are perfect for racing - temperatures are currently -22C, clear with little to no wind in Gillam. Teams will start at Stephens Lake and will head roughly northwest from there. Good luck to all teams!!!
The 2011 Hudson Bay Quest runs 220 miles (305 kilometres) from Gillam to Churchill, Manitoba, Canada, starting at 12:00pm noon, March 18, 2011. Race banquet will be held in Churchill, Manitoba on March 21st.
Trail logistics and support will be provided by the Canadian Rangers.
